Chayah's Return Policy

At Chayah, we strive to deliver unique, handmade products of high quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will ensure that your return process is smooth and hassle-free.

1. Product received with defect or incorrect specifications:

• What to do? If your product is damaged, the wrong color, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, you may choose to donate, give away, or recycle the product.

• Our promise: We offer you the option to receive a replacement product free of charge or to get your purchase amount refunded, including shipping costs.

2. Returning intact products:

• Conditions: If the product is not damaged and you still wish to return it, this can be done within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the product is undamaged and in its original condition.
• Return shipping: Shipping costs for the return are your responsibility. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund or send you a replacement item.

3. Procedure:

• Send an email to info.chayah@gmail.com with your order number and details of your return request.
• We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the next steps.

4. Exceptions:

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
