Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Method
If you place an order before 4:00 PM, your product will be delivered the next day. Your product will arrive within 24 hours after it has been dispatched.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your product is being processed and shipped. Orders are shipped when all items are in stock in our warehouse. You can view the delivery time for each product on its respective product page.

Shipping Costs
Chayah partners with PostNL, as it provides a sustainable and secure delivery method that we fully support. The shipping fee for each order is €4.95.

Pickup at PostNL Location
You can also choose to pick up your product at a PostNL collection point near you. You can find the available PostNL pickup locations via this website:

Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order using the Track & Trace number provided. The Track & Trace number will be sent to you by email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Return Period
You may return or exchange a purchase within 30 days of purchase. However, the product must be returned in good condition.

Returns
The return shipping cost for an order is €4.95. For more information about the return process, please refer to the return page on our website.
