From wine bottle to unique gift
These glass products begin their second life in Zanzibar. The used wine bottles are collected from hotels and resorts and then hand-cut and shaped by local artisans. The wooden details are hand-carved from Mkongo wood.
No two products are the same. Each glass bears the marks of the bottle from which it was created – small imperfections that make every piece unique.
The products are ethically sourced from local organizations. The proceeds contribute to the makers' wages and to the further growth of their businesses. The supplier is WFTO-certified, the global hallmark for fair trade.
A discarded bottle thus receives a new life – handmade in Zanzibar.

Ⅳ Delivery
The Christmas hampers will be shipped on the agreed date. Depending on the arrangements made, the hampers will be sent collectively to the company or individually to the recipients.
After shipment, you will receive the invoice for the remaining amount.

How much does a package cost?
The price varies per package. The fixed packages have a set price, and shipping costs are already included. There are therefore no additional costs.
Would you like to customize a package? You will receive a quote with the final price, depending on your choices. You will also receive a quote for the fixed packages after your request.

Can I have a custom Christmas gift set put together?
Yes, that is possible. Would you like to put together something special for a smaller number of people, or would you like to give different recipients their own individual package? In that case, the package will be specially curated for you.
You can choose from the entire Chayah range, as long as the products are in stock. The price depends on your choices and will be clearly stated in the quote in advance.
Is there a minimum number of packages?
No, there is no minimum quantity. A single special package for an important client can be just as suitable as Christmas packages for your entire team.
However, please note: the packages contain handmade products created in small batches. The earlier you order, the more choice you have.
How are the Christmas hampers delivered?
By default, all packages are delivered to a single address, such as the office.

Would you like the packages to be sent directly to your employees' home addresses? That is also possible. Each package will then be individually packed and personally addressed. A surcharge of €5 per address applies for this service.
What's the latest I can order?
Order by December 1st at the latest to ensure there is enough time to carefully assemble everything and deliver it on time.
Ordering earlier is always recommended. The products are handmade and produced in small batches, which means stock is limited.
What happens after I have requested a quote?
After your request, you will receive a non-binding quote with the chosen products, the price, and the agreed-upon terms.
Your order is only final once you approve the quote.
How does payment work?
Upon approval of the quote, you will pay 50% of the total amount. You will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% after delivery, with a payment term of 14 days.
How are the Christmas hampers packed?
Each package is carefully wrapped in a beautiful gift box and includes a personalized card.
Attention is also paid to the small details, so that not only the gift itself, but also the unboxing becomes a special moment. The gift box and the card are included in the price.
What if my package or a product arrives damaged?
Although everything is packed with care, damage can unfortunately occur during shipping. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of breakage, you will receive a replacement product free of charge.
Can I provide Christmas hampers to my employees tax-free?
Christmas hampers generally fall under the Work-related Expenses Scheme (WKR). Whether you can provide the hampers entirely within your tax-free allowance depends on your situation and the available allowance.
Therefore, please have this checked in advance by your accountant or financial advisor.
